Twitch Implicit Auth tool

A static webpage using implicit auth to get Twitch credentials suitable for ovtk-audience.

Basically TwitchApp's TMI but with additional scopes and a user customizable client id (assuming that twitch allows you to register multiple apps to the same redirect uri)
